Abstract:

Agricultural science and technology innovation is an important part of innovation driven development strategy. Young talents in agricultural science and technology are the main force of innovation, determining "whether we always have controlled over our own food supply". With more attention of the state attached to agricultural science and technology, large numbers of outstanding talents spring up and agricultural research institutions at all levels have also enhanced the training of talents. However, there are also some problems. Based on the growth factors of young talents in agricultural science and technology, the author put forward some development ideas from the national level and the level of agricultural research institutions in the future.
