Abstract:

In the new era, Chongqing has promoted the innovation of rural organizations through the evolution from traditional rural organizations to modern rural organizations. The logic of organizational innovation includes the process of rural organization innovation such as coordination, networking, integration, marketization, industrialization and socialization. Therefore, in order to fundamentally achieve rural organizational innovation, we must deepen the division of labor and service functions of rural organizations, promote the transformation and upgrading of the functions of agricultural industrialization organizations and play the leading role of core enterprises by innovating the business modes of rural organizations, enhancing the network effect among rural organizations and establishing associations of rural organizations and industries in the future.
