Abstract:

In 2017, the paddy production in China was once again refreshed, and large quantities of rice were imported from Southeast Asia, and the supply of paddy was large in China. At the beginning of 2017, because the minimum purchasing prices of the three major paddy varieties in China were cut down on the whole, the price of domestic rice market dropped down. As the new season rice was listed, the prices of three major paddy varieties were lower than the minimum purchasing prices. Most of the main producing areas have launched the policy implementation plan, and the market price has rebounded and next to the minimum purchasing prices. In the context of supply-side structural reform, the important paddy policy was launched frequently in 2018, which was expected to have a significant impact on the production, circulation and processing of paddy.
