Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the global macro-economics, agricultural development and the global dairy industry, combined with the current basic situation of China's dairy industry, the author drew a general conclusion about the dairy industry's economic situation in 2018. With the improvement of dairy production modernization in China, domestic dairy consumption would also gradually become medium high-end. Animal protein based on domestic resources would not be able to support the future growth of domestic market demand, so regardless of the impact of dairy imports on domestic dairy farming, domestic dairy processing and dairy cow farming industry would exist for a long time. In addition, in the domestic market, the increase of dairy imports over a period of time did not have an impact on the liquid milk and corresponding fresh milk. The isolation of domestic and international dairy markets caused by the isolation of products consumption would be a trend which would become the main tone for the coming period.
