摘要：

食物（粮食）平衡表是反映一国或地区食物（粮食）供需情况的重要工具。在较为系统和全面地研究联合国粮食及农业组织（FAO）所开发的食物平衡表（FBS）的编制背景、历史沿袭、主要指标内涵、覆盖范围、编制方法及缺失数据的处理方法等基础上,探讨了其对编制中国粮食平衡表的启示,并对未来中国粮食平衡表构建工作进行展望。

Abstract:

Food (Grain) Balance Sheet is an important tool to reflect the supply and demand of food (grain) in a country or region. Based on a systematic and comprehensive study on the background, historical evolution, main indicators connotation, coverage, compilation methods and missing data processing methods of the FBS developed by FAO, the author discussed its enlightenment on the preparation of China's Grain Balance Sheet, and looked forward the future of China's Grain Balance Sheet construction work.
